Elisabetta Fagiuoli, now in her 80's, remains a force of nature in the Tuscan wine scene. From the reference point estate for world-class Vernaccia, Elisabetta's dry rose is produced from 100% organically farmed Canaiuolo from vineyards in San Gimignano.
A rather powerful and full rose, this lights up the palate with notes of raspberry, cherry, ripe citrus, and mineral. Clean, dry, and zesty, this goes down easy with or without food. If you want to enjoy it at its peak, pair with grilled fish, summer vegetables, and goat cheese.
