Monte Tondo is one of the top producers of Soave, the key white wine of the Veneto region of Italy. As a fun side project, they bottle this slightly sparkling version of Garganega, the headlining grape of Soave. Possessing a bit more fizz than a Vinho Verde or a Txakoli, the flavors are also a touch richer. Notes of red apple, peach, and white flowers are abundant in this fun, dry, and refreshing white wine.
