Petite Sirah makes a powerful, fruity and tannic wine. McNab Ridge's versions displays aromas of blueberry, lavender and cocoa. It is a full-bodied wine with delightful and complex flavors of blueberry pie, espresso, dark chocolate and plums.
This vintage, which is richer and denser than the previous, has a structured yet luscious finish. It will pair nicely with your favorite boldly flavored dish; imagine slow-cooked short ribs, a grilled ribeye or chicken in a mole sauce.
