A stone’s throw from the village center of Barbaresco, Luigi Giordano was established in the 1930's, a time of profound crisis in Italy. The family made it through the war, and in 1958, they started estate bottling their own wines. Today, it is still a family affair, and this proud family farms organically and they make their wines with minimal intervention.
Their Vino Rosso is a fun and spirited blend of Nebbiolo (80%) and Arneis (20%) from vineyards within the Barbaresco DOCG. Light on its feet, fresh, and best enjoyed with a slight chill, it offers up notes of crunch red fruits, peach skin, and dried roses. Electric and refreshing, and a great value too!
