A collaboration between Angela and Jason Osborne (A Tribute to Grace Wine Company), and Manuel Cuevas (C2 Cellars), this trio is united by their love of California and the vinous expressions of Santa Barbara County.
Their Chardonnay comes from an organically farmed site, and it is fermented with native yeasts in large, neutral oak barrels. The finished wine is classic, possessing aromas and flavors of ripe apple, lemon rind, white flowers, and flint. It is definitely for Chardonnay lovers that like a lighter and fresher approach to the vinification. Delicious!
