Giorgio Rivetti produces wines in the Piemonte and in Tuscany, and everything he makes is truly fantastic. His Tuscan Vermentino comes from the warm and sunny vineyards of Maremma in SW Tuscany, and it is a feast for the senses.
Fermented in stainless steel and aged on the lees for 5 months, it offers up gorgeous notes of peach, caramelized citrus, honeysuckle, and spice. Nicely weighted but dry and super fresh, it's a great all-seasons white wine to enjoy with poultry, pork, or richer seafood dishes.
