This is a textbook example of Saint Veran from a great vintage in Southern Burgundy. Farming is done organically, and the wine is made with minimal intervention. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve purity and freshness, this is a wonderful White Burgundy value.
More rich, concentrated, and opulent than your typical Macon white, this boasts aromas and flavors of ripe peach, golden apple, pear, and white flowers. Despite the wine's richness, it still possesses mouthwatering and refreshing acidity.
