Huia Sauvignon Blanc is a beautifully fresh and textured take on Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from this organic-focused, boutique producer. The fruit comes primarily from the Lower Wairau and Waihopai Valleys, with a small portion fermented in neutral oak to add texture and depth without taking away from the freshness.

Bright and aromatic, with notes of passionflower, citrus, Granny Smith apple, grapefruit, and Cape gooseberry, followed by a long, stony finish. Fresh, mineral, and more layered than your typical Marlborough Sauvignon. Great with oysters, grilled seafood, goat cheese, or simply a warm afternoon.
