A label that has typically been reserved for high-end restaurants has hit retail shelves and we couldn't be more excited. DOCG Greco di Tufo kind of pushes all of the right buttons for us. There is a splash of yellow to the color, likely from long lees aging, that also preludes the weight and the texture of the wine. Salty minerality with a rocky, smoky essence, yellow apples, white flowers and intense acidity.
