Gavalussa is a certified organic, custom cuvée put together by famed Italian importer Marc de Grazia. It really showcases why Gavi is the white wine jewel of the Piemonte.
You will be surprised with the depth of flavor here. There’s pear and apple along with white flowers and delicate minerality on the nose and the palate. But what I love most is how the wine is concentrated and full-flavored, yet light and fresh at the same time.
