Finca Sophenia was founded in 1997 by Roberto Luka, who was formerly President of Wines of Argentina. Named after his partner´s daughter, Sophia and his own daughter, Eugenia, Finca Sophenia has earned its place amongst the top quality wine producers from Argentina.
'Intense ruby color with violet notes. On the nose, fresh red fruits stand out with a marked floral presence, perfectly harmonized with the contribution of aromas of spices, cocoa and vanilla given their time in oak, giving it complexity. The sensation in the mouth is soft with sweet and velvety tannins, wide mouth with a long finish.' - Winemaker Notes
