Domaine Vetriccie Ile de Beaute Rose

Domaine Vetriccie’s Ile de Beauté Rosé is one I come back to every year. It’s just a great reminder of how good Corsican rosé can be when it’s done right.

This is a small, family-run, organically farmed estate on the island’s eastern coast, working primarily with Niellucciu. Bright, crisp, and full of life, it delivers notes of wild strawberry, watermelon, citrus zest, and a little salty, herbal kick. Clean, dry, and super easy to drink, but with enough going on to keep you interested from first glass to last.
