This small, third generation, family-run estate calls Savigny-les-Beaune home, and they craft some of the top Burgundy values we stock. This one, from just outside of Savigny, comes from a single plot of Chardonnay planted 30 years ago on hillside vineyards.
Fermented in stainless steel, then aged in French oak (just 15% new) for 8 months, this is a fresh and vibrant White Burgundy with zippy notes of green apple, ripe lemon, pear, light toast, and spice. It's a wonderful value in estate-bottled White Burg!
