The Fief Aux Dames vineyard is located in Monnieres, right in the heart of the historic Vignoble Nantais. The estate has been run capably for five generations by the Braud family, and today, they are making some of their best wines ever.
Their baseline Muscadet is classic in every way. Super clean, bright, and light in body, it shines with zippy green apple, lemon, and mineral notes. It is uncomplicated yet far from boring, and it would be wonderful served alongside a big steaming bowl of mussels.
