'The 2015 Savennieres Clos du Papillon is a rich, powerful white that has impressive purity in its Chenin fruit as well as notes of persimmon, lemon blossom, and dried herbs. It blossoms with time in the glass and has medium to full-bodied richness, beautifully integrated acidity, a kiss of chalky, salty minerality, and a great finish.
