Coming from a tiny family run estate in the Maconnais of Burgundy, this is a Vire-Clesse that has an approximate vine age of 65 years. Fully organic and golden in color, with a generous and rich profile of ripe peach, dried apricot, and candied orange. Layers of toffee, almond, dried flowers, and honeycomb are why this is a delicious Vire-Clesse.
