COS Naturale is a joint venture between Giusto Occhipinti of COS and Simone Sabainti, founder of artisanal chocolate producer Sabadi. The base wine is Zibbibo steeped with herbs and aromatics, all grown in Sicily. Great on its own, we love this highly aromatic, slightly sweet concoction with a splash of soda and a slice of orange.
