This biodynamic blend of 40% Chenin Blanc, 20% Chardonnay, 20% Cabernet Franc, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon really over-delivers in a big way. This is a serious, concentrated bubbly with a slightly pink hue, small bubbles, and a nose of ripe pear and stone fruit whose flavors carry through on a lively palate.
