Louis Gatinois is a 12th-generation grower-producer based in Ay, one of Champagne's most revered Grand Cru villages and home to legendary houses like Bollinger, Deutz, and Henri Giraud. Until recently, the Gatinois family sold most of its grapes to Bollinger, but Louis is now reserving an increasing share of his exceptional Grand Cru fruit for his family's own wines.
