'From Italian variety specialists, this is a co-ferment of Vermentino with a little Ansonica, Falanghina and Pecorino. Indeed it's reminiscent of the “vino di tavola” wines served in carafes in Italy. Lifted aromas of yeasty red apple, peach pit, citrus rind, florals and white spice are followed by a medium weight palate that's chalky in texture with crisp acidity.
