Founded in 1984 by renowned Italian artist Sandro Chia and now led by his son Filippo alongside winemaker Alessandro Mori, the winery is devoted to producing Brunellos that capture the rugged beauty of their forested vineyards in northwestern Montalcino. Their flagship Brunello is a masterclass in balance, combining the power and structure the appellation is known for with remarkable elegance, purity, and finesse.
This is one of those wines that continues to reveal itself with every swirl of the glass. Aromas and flavors of wild cherry, blackberry, violet, savory herbs, leather, white pepper, and crushed stone unfold effortlessly, supported by vibrant acidity and finely sculpted tannins.
