Located in the center of Neumarkt, in the South Tyrol region of Italy, the Giovanett family produces a range of unique wines. Now into their third generation, Gunther and his son Ivan are gaining a better understanding of the special micro-climates that exist in the Alto-Adige and South Tyrol regions.
Their Pinot Grigio is produced from 20+ year-old vines and is fermented in tank and aged on the lees for 4 months. The resulting wine is fresh and delightful with notes of green apple, pear, white peach, and just a kiss of mineral. Medium-bodied and round on the palate, this is great everyday white for all types of dining and non-dining situations.
