His version possesses all the wonderful aromatics of Gewurztraminer without the cloying sweetness. It opens with roses, honeysuckle and lemongrass on the nose followed by a fresh palate of green apple, lychee, pear and Mandarin orange. Pair with Thai chicken or shrimp or other lighter Asian fare.
