The Quenard name is to Savoie what Smith is to the United States. There are many small family domaines that go by this name, but father and daughter Jean and Anne-Sophie's wines stand out for their incredibly high quality. Currently in conversion to organics, their wines are made with minimal intervention in order to allow the terroir to express itself.
This 100% Jacquere-based cuvee offers up lovely aromas of freshly sliced pear, lemon rind, green apple, and mineral. Fresh, light, and just a tiny bit spritzy, this is fresher than an Alpine mountain stream!
