Albet i Noya 'Petit Albet' Brut

Albet i Noya have, since 1978, been farming entirely organically in the Ordal Mountains, within Penedes in Spain. They are part of the ever increasing in popularity and renown Classic Penedes designation of Spain, known for their high standards in Spanish sparklers. 

Their 'Petit Albet' is their youngest bottling, focused on being their most crowd pleasing and food friendly wine. A classic blend of the traditional Xarel-lo, Macabeu, and Parellada varietals, it shows pleasant herbs and flowers along with ripe white fruits. A healthy amount of leftover sugar allows this wine to be drank with a vast amount of foods and even deserts, which is the expressed intent of Albet i Noya.
