We are absolutely loving the wines from Vincent Roussely's certified organic estate in Touraine. Their Sauvignon Blancs are delicious, their Pet-Nat is super fun, and their Gamay is just delightful. From 40+ year old vines, this bistro-styled red snaps, crackles, and pops with energetic red fruits, spices, and chalky minerality. Drink with a slight chill.
