The Fableist is the collaboration between longtime friends Curt Schalchlin and Andrew Jones, who work with sustainably farmed vineyards throughout Paso Robles to craft wines that capture the region's character. Their philosophy is simple: let great vineyards do the talking while keeping the winemaking honest and approachable.

The Cabernet Sauvignon delivers classic Paso Robles flavors of blackberry, cassis, and dark cherry accented by cocoa, cedar, and baking spice. Rich and full-bodied with smooth tannins and a long, satisfying finish, it's a natural match for grilled steaks, burgers, or barbecue.
