The Curator is a fun, delicious, and naturally-made blend of Chenin Blanc (80%), Viognier (10%), and Chardonnay (10%) from vineyards in Swartland. Put together by importer Broadbent Selections, it includes fruit from old, dry-farmed bush vines, and it delivers authentic flavors at a great price.
Bright pear, citrus and stone fruit with a floral lift, lively acidity and a clean mineral finish – showcasing the Swartland at its finest. Excellent with fresh seafood, grilled chicken, summer salads, or soft cheeses.
