Paul Cluver is a 4th generation family business that has been farming in the Elgin Valley for more than 120 years. Located just south of Stellenbosch, this estate helped put the Elgin Valley on the map, and their dry Riesling is made from some of the oldest vines in the country.
Fermented dry, this offers up classic notes of lime, apple, and peach, along with that tell-tale petrol note that the grape can sometimes offer. Super fresh and lively on the palate, this is one of the better Rieslings produced in the Southern Hemisphere.
