Côtes du Crow’s is a Rhône-inspired blend of Grenache and Syrah with small amounts of Mourvèdre and Tempranillo. Fermented in open-top tanks with manual punch-downs and aged in French oak, it offers aromas of boysenberry, bramble, and tobacco, followed by flavors of black fruits, damp earth, chocolate-covered cherry, and subtle spice. Rich yet balanced, it's a terrific match for grilled meats and barbecue.
