Montenidoli's Canaiuolo Rosato is one of Italy's truly distinctive dry rosés. Made entirely from the historic Canaiuolo grape by Elisabetta Fagiuoli, it offers beautiful aromas and flavors of wild raspberry, tart strawberry, blood orange, mineral, and savory herbs. Fresh and vibrant, it also possesses a depth and structure that's rarely found in rosé.
Elisabetta has farmed the Montenidoli estate organically since 1965, and her wines have long been regarded among Tuscany's finest. Enjoy this with grilled seafood, roast chicken, or Mediterranean-inspired dishes, or tuck a few bottles away. Like the great rosés of Bandol, this is one of those rare pink wines that rewards a bit of patience.
