La Lisse 'Soie d’Ivoire' Chenin Blanc

Planted at altitude on the cooler hillside slopes of clay and limestone in the foothills of the Pyrenees, this is a delightful, dry Chenin Blanc value. These vines would normally be used for Cremant de Limoux, but in this case, the grapes are left on the vine much longer to ripen more fully.

The finished wine is ripe, crisp, and luscious. Gentle citrus and apple notes give way to a peachy palate with great texture and a clean and lifted finish. It's a ton of wine for the money!
