The Garofoli family have farmed the vineyards of Italy's Le Marche region for over 100 years, and they know the lay of the land, the grapes, and the variables as well as any producer. Today, they are one of the region's largest land-owners and most respected estates.
Their Komaros Rosato is 100% Montepulciano that sees just a couple of days of juice-to-skin contact. The resulting wine is pale-pink in color, and it balances fruit and acidity with ease, offering up an attractive bouquet and palate of fresh strawberry, minty herb, ginger spice, and mineral. Dry, delicious, drink liberally on sunny spring and summer days!
