The Face a la Mer wines come from the Vignerons de Florensac cooperative, one of the top quality-minded co-ops in Southern France and a longtime source for some of the best white and rosé values in the world. Their dry rosé, a blend of Grenache and Cinsault, is fresh, crisp, and way too easy to drink, with lively notes of wild strawberry, citrus, seaside mineral, and honeysuckle. This is the kind of wine made for sunny afternoons, and it would be brilliant with a classic Nicoise salad.
