Domaine Vincent Stoeffler Pinot Blanc

In the same vein as Marcel Deiss, the young Vincent Stoeffler is crafting some of the most compellingly rich and luscious Alsatian white wines out there. Vincent is certified organic, he harvests by hand, he ferments with native yeasts in large oak vats, and his wines are super soulful.

This Pinot Blanc is a joyride of a white wine. Quite rich, exotic, and silky, it offers up gorgeous notes of white peach, mango, apricot, white flowers, spice, and mineral. Quite full and fleshy on the palate, there's a wonderful beam of acidity underneath all of that opulent fruit to keep things dry and fresh. Sooooo good!
