Domaine Montrose Rose

Domaine Montrose is a family-run estate in the Cotes de Thongue, in France's Languedoc region. The Coste family have been at it since the 1700's, and today, they are regarded as one of the best dry rosé producers in the Languedoc. They farm organically and clearly understand how to work with the warm, breezy conditions of the region.

Their rosé is a classic blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah, and it delivers exactly what you want. Pale, fresh, and beautifully aromatic, it offers up notes of wild strawberry, watermelon, citrus, and a little floral lift. It’s crisp but not sharp, with a nice round texture that makes it incredibly drinkable. This is the kind of rosé you don’t overthink, you just open it and enjoy it.
