Founded in 1744, Delgado Zuleta is one of the oldest wineries in Sanlúcar de Barrameda and a historic benchmark for traditional Jerez-Xérès-Sherry wines. Known for its proximity to the Atlantic and its expertise in biologically aged styles, the bodega crafts elegant, terroir-driven sherries that reflect both heritage and precision.
Their Amontillado begins life under flor before transitioning to oxidative aging, resulting in a beautifully layered profile. Expect aromas of toasted almonds, dried citrus peel, and warm spices, with a palate that is dry, savory, and complex, balanced by a lingering, nutty finish.
