This small, certified organic and biodynamic, family-run estate is producing lovely, pure, natural Cahors at amazing prices. Their K-Nom bottling is 85% Malbec and 15% Merlot fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel and concrete vats. Just a tiny bit of sulfur is added at bottling.
This fruit-forward and easy-drinking Malbec is showing delightful tastes of blueberry and raspberry. The smooth tannins allow a very silky finish for a wine incredibly approachable even young.
