Founded in 1986 by Philippe Gimonnet and Anne Gonet, descendants of two iconic Champagne families, this 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs is an excellent choice for Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs. Broad, full bodied, and biscuity with fine bubbles, fruits of green apple and lemon sit alongside an underlying mineralic structure.
