Can Sumoi is the still wine project of the Raventós i Blanc family, dedicated to recovering old vineyards and showcasing the native grapes of Penedès through organic farming and low-intervention winemaking. Sourced from old-vine Xarel-lo grown on limestone soils, this is a pure, terroir-driven expression of one of Spain's great white grape varieties.
Fresh, vibrant, and mineral-driven, it offers lively notes of lemon, green apple, white peach, Mediterranean herbs, and crushed stone. Textured yet crisp, with a long, saline finish, it's a natural partner for grilled seafood, roast chicken, or simply enjoying on its own.
