Broadbent Cabernet Sauvignon

Sourced from two vineyards in California’s North Coast, grapes (40% from Mendocino County and 60% for Lake County) were harvested in the cool early morning hours and were carefully sorted before undergoing a gentle destemming process. The fruit then underwent a cold soak to extract maximum color and flavor. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel tanks. Following fermentation, the wine was aged for 10 months, in a selection of 80% American and 20% French oak.

'This wine is concentrated, with aromas of blackberry compote, Bing cherry, florals, toasty oak and dried herbs. The palate finds huckleberry, dried cherry, grilled peach and dried bay leaf, layered with dark chocolate and vanilla cream.' - 90 points, Wine Enthusiast.
