Founded in 1835 in the historic Alsatian village of Ribeauvillé, Bott Frères is a seventh-generation family estate that beautifully captures the spirit of traditional Alsace winemaking. Today, the organically certified domaine is led by Laurent and Paul Bott, who continue the family legacy with a focus on sustainability, biodiversity, and producing expressive wines that balance tradition with a modern touch.
Their Edelzwicker is a classic Alsatian white blend composed of 45% Sylvaner, 45% Pinot Blanc, and 10% Gewürztraminer. Dry, bright, and wonderfully aromatic, it offers notes of white peach, apricot, citrus, and subtle floral spice.
