Fernando Mora, Master of Wine, is the winemaker here for Bodegas Frontonio in the Valdejalon appellation within Aragon. This Microcosmico is 100% organic Garnacha coming from 60+yr old vines. Aged in underground cement tank for a year before release. Fresh, bright, and a very captivating take on Garnacha. It shows beautiful red berries, stony mineral, and has a wonderful citrusy edge.
