The Submarine Canyon Vineyard sits in the Arroyo Seco AVA, one of California's coolest growing zones, where fog and cool winds from Monterey Bay create a long growing season that preserves freshness and acidity. Fermented with 15% whole cluster and aged in neutral French oak, this is a beautifully pure, Burgundy-inspired California Pinot Noir.
Delicate red berries lead to notes of hibiscus tea, smoky herbs, and earthy, mushroom-y umami. Light, fresh, and savory, with just 12.4% alcohol, this is a terrific example of what cool-climate California Pinot can be.
