A new wine from Sicilian winemaker Gaetana Jacono of Valle dell'Acate fame, this shows the lighter, fresher, and more vibrant side of Nero d'Avola. With mild ABV (alcohol by volume) and zero oak, it's a refreshing alternative to the big, rich, dark style of Nero d'Avola that so many producers strive for.
Serve slightly chilled and taste through the notes of dark cherry, plum, and spice. Ideal for a meaty pizza or spaghetti and meatballs!
