I really wish I would have beaten Monsieur Barruol to the punch on this one! It's a stroke of genius from one of the great wine minds of France. When blended, these two grapes with very different styles create a dry, crisp, and highly expressive white wine that shows luscious notes of lime, peach, apricot, and white flowers.
