Lambrusco is one of Italy's most refreshing and food friendly wines, and I just adore this one. It's the Carafoli L'Onesta Lambrusco di Sorbara, and it's destined to become a new customer favorite.

At just $15.99 and 20% off the regular price of $19.99, you need to get into a bottle of this soon. You'll become a Lambrusco lover in no time!
This pale-colored and dry Lambrusco is great for washing down pizza and charcuterie, but it's totally enjoyable chilled and on its own. A great and longtime customer and friend enjoyed this out recently and asked if I could get it. As luck would have it, my sales rep stopped by the very next day with an open bottle. We tasted it, we loved it, and we immediately brought it into the shop.
This ain't Riunite, folks. This is honest, artisanal Lambrusco from a small organic family estate in Emilia-Romagna's prized Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC. Pale ruby in color, it bursts with aromas and flavors of rose petal, violet, fresh cherry, raspberry, and pomegranate. Dry, vibrant, and wonderfully refreshing, it's the kind of Lambrusco you usually have to travel to Italy to find.
We haven't featured many Lambruscos at the shop, and I don't write about wines unless they move me. Trust me, this one is worth exploring. Chill a bottle (or four), invite some friends over, and enjoy.
