We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, and associates very seriously. Like you, we’re closely monitoring the ongoing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
And beginning March 23rd, we put procedures in place that would allow us to practice social distancing. The store is open but the way we’re conducting business is very different. Curbside Pickup is the only way to buy wine from us. That means the door is locked and we are not currently offering any in-store shopping options.
Here’s how this is going to work for the time being:
Email Us Or Call Us With Questions/Orders – Use the contact form below or call us at 828.505.8588. If you know what you want, simply place your order and include a number where we can reach you to contact you and run your credit card.
Wine Consultation – Many of you have shopped at Table Wine for many years. We know what you like, in many cases we can check your buying history, and we’re very good at making recommendations. Consultations are best handled via email — you can reach us through the contact form below. We’d appreciate all phone conversations to be short and sweet as we only have one phone line.
Once We’ve Processed Payment Over The Phone, Pull Up Front and We’ll Bring Your Wine Out – Once you’ve placed your order and paid over the phone, pull up, pop your trunk and we’ll get you loaded up. If no one comes out within a minute or two, just call us and let us know you’re here.
Credit Cards Only Please – No cash or checks. And please make sure you call us and pay over the phone before you arrive for pickup.
Our Discount and Hold Policies – Like most indie wine store, we offer volume discounts on 6 or 12+ bottles. To learn more about that, click here.
We know it’s a crazy and uncertain time, but know we are taking extra measures to keep the store extra clean and to keep ourselves and you all happy, healthy, and stocked with wines from small, family owned and operated wineries. Thanks for your understanding and support during these trying times.
