After tasting a brilliant bottle of Jura Chardonnay, Guillaume d'Angerville of Marquis d'Angerville decided to set up shop in this "off-the-beaten-path" zone east of Burgundy. The estate's Trois Cepage, as the name suggests, is a blend of Pinot Noir, Trousseau, and Poulsard.
A lighter-bodied red that packs plenty of flavor, this tastes of tart cranberry, red cherry, raspberry, pomegranate, and herbs, it's kind of like a rustic Red Burgundy. Best served chilled!
