Table Wine's Hold, Discount, and Return Policies
Due to the highly regulated nature of alcohol, we abide by all local, state, and federal laws.
Returns: In most cases, all sales are final, and wines cannot be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange. If you get a flawed bottle – cork taint, faulty closure, etc. – we will gladly exchange it for a bottle of equal or greater value. Items to be returned are subject to evaluation by our staff.
Since we cannot control how bottles are stored once they leave our possession and we are unable to return flawed bottles to our distributors for recompense after one month, we will only accept flawed bottles for exchange within 30 days of their purchase.
Standard Volume Discounts: 10% off any mixed 6-11 bottles, 20% off any 12+ bottles.
Newsletter/Feature Wines: Our featured/sale wines are almost always discounted by the bottle, but most of them also have an even better discount if you buy a solid six-pack or solid case. When we say "Solid Six-Pack" or "Solid Case," it means you have to buy 6 or 12 bottles of the same wine to get the deal price. Standard volume discounts are not applicable to the sale prices on our featured wines.
Discount Requirements: To receive any sort of discount or volume discount, all of the wine has to be rung in on one transaction. We get charged credit card fees every time we process a transaction. Thus, wines purchased on different transactions cannot be combined to get the volume discount.
Hold Policy: We ask that all orders be paid for within 48 hours, and we request that you pick your wine up within a one week window. We’re a small store, we have to pay for all wines when they are delivered, and storage space is very limited. Don’t forget, we are now able to safely and securely store your credit card on file.
